1. Scope and Summary

  1. 1.1 This policy applies to one-off purchases of: (a) AI-generated digital artworks and related downloadable files; and (b) one-off token packs that provide credit-based access to our image-generation module (the “Products”).
  2. 1.2 We do not offer subscriptions; all purchases are single, non‑recurring transactions.
  3. 1.3 Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

2. Digital-Only Fulfilment

  • 2.1 All Products are delivered digitally via download link, account library, or in‑product crediting. No physical goods are shipped.
  • 2.2 Accepted settlement currencies shown at checkout may include USD, EUR, AUD, and CAD.

3. Withdrawal and Digital Content

  • 3.1 For most digital content, once delivery or streaming/access begins (e.g., a file is made available for download or tokens are credited for immediate use), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.
  • 3.2 Despite the above, we provide a fair‑use resolution and refund pathway in cases described in Section 4.

4. When We Provide Refunds

  • 4.1 Non‑delivery or denied access that we cannot resolve within a reasonable period after you contact us.
  • 4.2 Defective or corrupted digital files where a working replacement cannot be supplied.
  • 4.3 Duplicate charge (accidental double billing).
  • 4.4 Material misdescription: the Product materially differs from the description on the product page.

5. When Refunds Are Not Available

  1. 5.1 Change of mind after successful delivery or after tokens have been credited.
  2. 5.2 Incompatibility with your device, software, or workflow where minimum requirements are met and a working file has been delivered.
  3. 5.3 Exhausted tokens or tokens used to generate outputs that met the service description at the time of use.

6. Token Packs (Credit Access)

  1. 6.1 Token packs are non‑transferable and have no cash value.
  2. 6.2 Refunds for unused tokens are provided only in the circumstances set out in Section 4.
  3. 6.3 Where an expiry period is expressly stated at purchase, tokens will lapse after that period; otherwise tokens do not expire but remain subject to service changes and fair‑use protections.

7. How to Request Support or a Refund

  1. 7.1 Email: info@neural-pixels.com with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
  2. 7.2 Troubleshooting: We may request additional information to help re‑deliver the file, restore access, or verify a duplicate charge.
  3. 7.3 Review times: We typically review within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method where feasible.

8. Refund Timing

  • 8.1 Once a refund is approved and initiated, your payment institution may take additional time to post funds (often up to 10 business days, depending on the method and issuer).

9. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

  • 9.1 Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and the underlying issue falls outside this policy, we may contest the chargeback with supporting evidence.
  • 9.2 Nothing in this policy limits your ability to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer laws.

10. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

  • 10.1 To protect our users and services, we may apply reasonable measures to detect and prevent abusive or anomalous activity. If such activity is detected, we may suspend access while we investigate.
